Having Ease with Your Body

Following a workshop I lead on letting go of judgment and inviting more joy into your life a participant wrote a comment saying:

"THANK YOU CHRISTINE!
This was spectacular! Life- changing! I received/learned exactly what I needed in this moment. I came to learn how to let go & accept where I was at. Instead, I received an incredible gift: how to work with my body, in order to heal. After I got home, I realized that I have been trying to do things TO my body instead of with it."

How many things have you been trying to do to your body instead of with your body?  Doing things to our body to try to change it is reinforcing the paradigm of control, dictatorship and separation.  What if you no longer had to be (or feel) separate from your body?  And what if we didn't have to control our bodies into change we can instead invite new possibilities?!

The first step is acknowledging where you are at right now.  Do you feel separate from your body?  Do you have a confusing relationship? Or are you tuned in and present with, in and through your body?  It's not so much about the right or wrong way to be, it's rather acknowledging that different possibilities exist and you can choose what works for you.  Once you've acknowledged where you are at, you can ask questions to access your awareness about how to change it.  For example, what would it take to have ease with my body?   What would it take to be with my body and enjoy the change that's possible?  What change is available here?  When you ask questions from a space of curiosity, you can receive new information, which will in turn, inspire new action.  In this moment you can choose to say yes to having a new experience with your body.  Contact me if you know you'd like to receive some support or guidance in this area.  I'd be happy to assist you to having a wonderful ease-filled experience with your body.  What if now is the time?

Welcoming the light

What does it mean to welcome the light?  Light can be equated with truth, knowledge, clarity and information.  A tool in Access Consciousness is what is true for you will make you feel lighter and a lie will make you feel heavier.  Many a times we can be stuck or confused when we don't know what's true for us, or are trying to make something true for us that isn't.  We may be trying to move in a direction that is what someone else would want for us, yet it doesn't match up with what we want for ourselves. Even knowing that can be somewhat of a mystery.  Yet, what if what we most want or desire to have in our life includes other people and they may share a similar vision.  Wanting something for yourself or your life does not have to exclude other people.  In fact, how many people can you welcome into your life now to support and uplift you?  Who or what can you include in your life that would be a joy for you to have and receive?  A moment where you receive something from someone is a moment where someone gets to give something to someone.  Are you willing to welcome the light into your life and have the clarity about giving and receiving that inspires you to live your phenomenal life?  You are way more aware than you give yourself credit for.  When you are in the presence of someone else who is choosing to be true to themselves and aware of what is light or true for them (and live from that space) it'll be easier for you to know what's true for you.  Go to the contact page and send me a message.  I'd love to offer you a free 30min introductory session and see what light of truth and beauty you are ready to welcome into your life.  From there we can choose whether we'd like to continue working together.  Thank you for being you and being here, now.
