Welcoming the Light

Many of us are ready, willing and able to step beyond the two choice universe, step beyond the defense for or against something, or the fight for or against something.  Previously it had been that to know who you are you have to know who you are not.  In order to identify yourself as something or someone you had to be in resistance, reaction or opposition to something else.  Instead of being you, you had to define you and maintain those definitions.  If you didn't think, feel and act in accordance with your beliefs and assumptions you weren’t being yourself.  You had something to maintain, and hold in place.  You had to "be true to yourself" which meant you had to fight for your beliefs or make sure you were doing the right thing.
 
Now we are waking up from this need for conflict and reliance on polarity (the positive vs. negative, good vs. bad, right vs. wrong, and light vs. dark).  We can know what's true for us without fight, comparison or contrast.  We can be without definition or defense for or against something.  It's so un-defined or "light" that it's hard to grasp, especially mentally.  It is an adjustment from navigating primarily with and through the mental body, to navigating from your knowing, or higher self-awareness, or highest wisdom.  Some people would name this as following your heart, or trusting your intuition.  There are now answers here, or models to follow, or step by step processes.  The answers, know how's, steps, and definitions are what the mind used to make decisions.  We're uncovering different ways of being and doing.  Some would name this as the expansion of consciousness or as the developing, re-claiming, or re-awakening to extrasensory abilities.  So much of this is beyond words.  Words can merely point in the direction of what's true and possible.  We are awakening to our capacities to communicate beyond words.
 
What now?  Is a question many people are asking.  As all the reference points and stability points fall away, which once guided our decisions, we are stepping into uncharted territory.  Welcoming the light is inviting this spaciousness and energy to be more familiar.  It's about allowing the body to receive the relaxation and sense of ease that comes with the presence of your being.  It's welcoming the magic and miracles that are possible to show up in your life that go beyond what the mind can comprehend.  What if you do not have to understand how it works to know that it is possible and available to receive it?  Are you willing to say yes to this new adventure, or acknowledge that you've already said yes?  How much fun can we have ushering this in?  How much ease can we have embracing what was previously unknown?  I wonder...

Relaxing your Nervous System

Would you like support to relax your nervous system?  Today Judi Bechard and I created the fourth episode of What in the World.  One of the subjects that we explored is that of acknowledging some of the emotional response patterns held in the nervous system and how to shift them.  Breath is a great way to tune into your body, come home emotionally and energetically, and allow for a sense of peace and calm to show up.  Can this video contribute to you being more empowered and inspired in your life now?

Releasing Automatic Response Systems

Have you ever responded "inappropriately" to something going on in someone's life?  They wanted you to be happy for them and instead you were sad, or they wanted you to feel afraid and instead you were totally calm?  How confusing have emotions been, especially when there is a way you should think and feel that is dictated by someone else?  One temporary solution to reduce the confusion, and figure out how to respond according to other people's needs and desires, was to put in place something called automatic response systems.  Essentially these systems insured that you responded in the way that people needed or wanted you to, so that you could belong in the group, be liked and accepted and make sure that you fit in.  If your response patterns didn't fit the people around you there was the threat of being rejected, left alone, shamed, or a becoming a subject of distain.

Often the time comes when there is a desire born from within you to become authentic and self-aware, to know what's true for you and show up as you truly are rather than how you've been conditioned or taught to be.  It's a desire to release the masks, heal the trauma, become conscious, express yourself and have the choice to live fully and give and receive love.  One step in this is to release the automatic response systems, in other words, all the ways you taught yourself to respond in order to fit in and belong in your family structure or the culture and society you grew up in.  As you do this you can get in touch with how you really feel, what you do care about, what you love most, how you are inspired to show up in the world and what you are called to participate in.

What if now is the time to use your life to empower and inspire you?  What would that be like?  What if you can be the one who re-claims your capacity to love, have an open heart and express what's true for you?  What if you can be the one to release fears, heal traumas and end cycles of abuse that are carried through your family line and in the enviroments you've been living in?  Are you willing to inspire you?  Could your life be the one that you're proud of?  Are you willing to celebrate you? 

Now more than ever there is a call to wake up and claim your greateness, acknowledge your difference, embrace your uniqueness and contribute to new conversations, new creations, and different possibilities actualizing.  You don't have to do this, it's a choice to be and do this.  Are you willing for what you are called to be and do to not make sense to other people?  It may not.  And, at the same time as you step into what you know you can be and do, I wonder how many people and how many energies can show up to support you in that.  If you would like assistance to release your automatic response systems, such as those that would have you shutting down, not allowing yourself to move forward, or justifying that it's just not time I would love to assist you to shift this.  I wonder how much space and ease you can have stepping into your greatest life and being all of you.  Go to the contact me page to get in touch to set up a free 20 minunte consultation, or go to my session page to see my rates and jump into a session or choose a session series.  Is it time to change and transform your life with ease?
