Who or what have you assigned as the source of your pain and suffering? Are you the source of it, or is it someone or something else? According to the reality of assigning blame, someone has to be at fault or responsible, so either it's you, someone else or something else. With polarity, when we're ready to change something often we get locked in the other side of the polarity which can be referred to as the "not" side or the "un" side. When you realize that making you, someone or something else responsible for the pain and suffering isn't working to bring you the freedom, relief or peace that you desire to have, you try to go to "not responsible", or trying to assign the source to something more nebulous, like life or God or the Universe, or past lives, or parallel lives or karma, the underlying assumption is that someone or something has to be responsible or the source of this, and we get locked in a debate over what we are and aren't responsible for and where to assign the blame, or how to identify the root of the pain and suffering, the origin, where it all began. We are looking for the cause to change the effect. When the cause is identified as someone or something out there we can feel powerless or helpless to change it. As a way to attempt to feel more empowered or in control we assign the cause or the source of it to be within us. What if it's both and neither?
Eventually we step into the moment of "not caring" about identifying what is the source, who's to blame, who's responsible for it, and why it occurred. We shift into this magical space that is a common question in Access Consciousness which is, "What else is possible?" If all of our attention and energy shifted to what else is possible? And questions like: what would it take to change this? What else can I choose? How does it get any better than this? we are essentially freeing up our energy to BE and RECEIVE something different. That whole slogan of BE THE CHANGE is a useful one, and essentially can be acknowledged as, everything that is here is here, what can I be or do with it? We can be the ones to respond differently to what's presented. We can be the one's to see things with new eyes, or from a new perspective, that allows for different possibilities or realities to show up. How much more can we step into our greatness? What would it be like if we "un-assigned" the pain and suffering from who or what we previously assigned it to, and instead chose to transmute it, change it, asked for something greater to come into existence, forgo it, offer it up to Source Consciousness, the Universe, Creator Beings, whatever is beyond where we used to go for "help". Let's step it up, so to speak, and tap into resources and contribution that may never have been available to us. Don't look to the past to decide what is possible or not possible, or what is or isn't available to you. Tune into the energy, space and consciousness available now and go there to ask and receive something different.
