For many of us we are coming into a time of lining up in physical manifest form with having what we want, or another way of putting it, of having our true heart's desires, or having what aligns with our deepest love and highest wisdom. Whether it be intimacy, personal or professional fulfillment, health and well-being, freedom, joy, happiness or something else, here we are, ready, willing and able to choose this. As we make this shift it's important to acknowledge how much time, energy and focus has been consumed by having what we don't want and coping with that reality, or in wanting what we don't have and always trying to wish it into existence, make it happen, dream about it, fantasize about it, use manifestation tools to try to create it etc.
As we step into the reality of having what we want it feels right, true, real, natural and perhaps neutral. The high of thinking about having what we want or visioning it and the accompanying excitement and exhilaration, and the low of managing unwanted, negative, and undesirable realities is no longer there. The absence of the high and low can feel to the mental/emotional/nervous system like a loss. It may be quite an adjustment to acclimate to the new reality of having. It may feel boring, or empty or without that charge that comes with the highs and lows. The thing with this reality of having is that it is full, dynamic, complete, whole and alive. We can choose to direct all of our focus and attention into the living of it. Again, however, keep in mind that there may be moments where we may yearn for the familiarity of the high or the low. On some level, before this new reality has been normalized on all levels of our being, we may desire to go back to the comfort and familiarity of wanting what we don't have, or visioning something else. Or we may want to engage the coping mechanisms that we got so used to working with. We may feel the need to do the affirmations, or to create a lacking feeling again, or to withhold something from ourselves so we can feel like we have something to move towards. The key is to watch for these tendencies, acknowledge that these may arise, and through our choice and direction commit to living this life of having fully, completely and abundantly. We can choose to nurture, love and support what we have and witness it unfold. Right now we can choose to activate the energies of celebration, acknowledge the gratitude, notice our hearts and breathe in the stability of being resourced from within. Welcome to this new world!
